Don't take the deal!! This place is DIRTY and it smells bad. Thankfully there didn't seem to be any bed bugs but I definitely wouldn't take a black light to this place. Will NOT be staying here again!

The property is located in a great place but the cleanliness was terrible. Urine was left all around the bottom of the toilet seat.

Lazy staff, under staff! Booked 3 days ( stayed 1 1/2 ) had to beg for clean towels. Walked outside 2am cause I couldn’t sleep, two individuals smoking crack at the entrance. We checked out before time. It use to be okay there.

I have never refused to stay at a hotel before. I have never refused to stay at a hotel before. I am not a high maintenance person and often camp so my needs are minimal. There was no elevator so I had to lug a heavy suitcase upstairs. There were awful cooking smells in the hallway. The room was dark and dingy. Internet would not connect. It was too much. I left and found another hotel. The woman at the desk was understanding and lovely.

Never again The map link on the hotel.com takes to the wrong location. They have no record of my reservation and I am sitting on hold for 20 minutes with hotel.com because the representative for the hotel does not have the initiative to handle customer relations in regards to booking and reservations. Service sucks

Needs new staffing. They are unprofessional and irresponsible.
