Disrespectful Yeah it was amazing... they came to our accused us of smoking. Then called the police. We weren’t smoking and that’s the sad part

The restroom had a roach in it. The kitchen sink had small black ants or some type of black bugs. The sofa bed would not retract after letting it out once and the mattress had what appeared to be an old large blood stain. The restroom light bulb went out and I reported these things to the front desk. The young lady said someone would replace it the next morning. No one ever came. HOTEL OVER-BOOKS; DON'T TAKE A CHANCE! A Group of 12 traveling the Natchez Trace Parkway booked this hotel back in January. When we arrived at the hotel on 5/26/18 they informed us that two of the couples did not have a room because they over-booked and there is nothing they can do for us. I called Corporate office and spoke to Jeff that seemed to be helping us. Awful policies, overbooks On January 15 my hisband and myself along with 5 other couples booked rooms at this hotel for a Memorial Weekend trip. Over 5 months in advance. We showed up to check in and the first couple didnt have a room. When they asked if there were any open they qere told no they were already overbooked. Horrible smell, appliance did not work First off the whole experience was horrible. My first room (because I requested a new one) was horrible. There was gloves in the bed, the smell was horrible, and the stove was broke. the staff was nice except for the maintance guy that wanted to have a 30 min conversation complaining about the job. My second room was better but the stove was still broke and the tube looked horrible. I won’t be here again. Good luck if u book, you have been warned
