HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! My stay was HORRIBLE! I stayed here last year and it wasn’t bad, not great but wasn’t bad. I felt it could’ve been better but not as bad as this stay. I felt violated because they came in my room when I wasn’t in there because they accused me of smoking. They accused me, not once, but twice. Terrible Customer Service The front desk representative was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked for clean towels she told me I can go to my room, get the dirty towels and bring them down. When I asked for clean bed linen, she told me that I’ll have to take the linen off myself, bring it down, get new linen and then make up my own bed. Less than expected The location was very convenient in Ridgeland. The hotel can use some serious upgrades. There wasn't any amenities to speak of. Even the grab and go breakfast was a couple packs of oatmeal in a brown bag. There weren't any utensils in the room despite there being a kitchen. Noise The doors outside slammed shut a number of times and for some reason the people in the room above ours were thumping about.

Highly disappointed in my stay My family and I checked into hotel, the first room we was given the pullout mattress was dirty and full of stains. The front desk person moved us to another room, there was no phone jack in the phone and we had to repeatedly ask for extra towels.

I will never stay here again. I reserved my room three weeks in advance at one price but when I checked in the total was $30 extra. House keeping isn't included so you have to pay extra for that. We have to ask for tissue because none was in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was rude. We had to ask for blankets and pillows for the pullout bed.

Thin walls :( The check in ladies were very nice. We were in a room on the second floor. The room above ours was stomping around all night. We were startled awake early morning around 6am to a lout object that dropped on the floor in the room above us. Then what sounded like a vacum ran in that room around for awhile.
