Poor check in. Long wAit. Roaches in bathroom. Stained shower. Poor smell

Hotel is in a nice location. Front desk staff was friendly. Our room wasn't available so they moved us but tried to charge more for a smaller room. The room we moved to the bathtub was filthy, the pull out bed looked atrocious. The sink was leaky.

Hotel is booked and I wasn’t informed , showed up and they told their sold out after they Expedia conforms I have a room and I already paid

Disappointed This was my first time ever staying at an extended stay. I brought my grandchildren for spring break. We checked in on Thursday check out sat was suppose to be their till Sunday but I couldn't do it. We had no TV which is not good with children. The clerk did reimburse me for sat night. She was very nice & helpful. Also the housekeeper that worked the 2nd floor.Then when we checked in and was going to our room the halls were a mess with a terrible scent. I was told that Expedia overbooked. Therefore, instead of 2 beds that I paid for, i got one and a let out couch. Got locked out of the room brcause the latch cought on thr way out and had to be cut off with bolt cutters. Then, the window wouldn't even lock!
My toilet didn’t flush, the couch didn’t come out to the bed, the windows didn’t lock, and there was trash in the room when I got there. Terrible
