You had to pay for everything, and clean your own room!

The handicapped door wouldn’t lock unless you used force and I am disabled and was told to just keep pushing up

We arrived at 11:25 pm only to find the hotel was locked. No one was at the front desk. We were not able to check in. A sign in the entry way said above a phone said to dial zero for after hours check in. We did, but no answer. We ended up on the street at midnight looking for a hotel with room and were lucky to find the Lexington Hotel staffed and with available rooms not far away.

Infested with roaches. No one available after hours

There was no breakfast, the staff was invisible our entire trip. We did not feel safe because there was no one at the front desk!

This property is really dated. I witnessed a girl sleeping in the lobby as the overnight shift didn’t show to check her in. That was horrible and all the front desk person said was “ I’m sorry but I couldn’t work last night and the other person called in sick”. The manager or owner should have come in. Trash was overflowing outside and they said no staff for maintenance on the weekends.

Staff was extremely rude. We called for early check in a week prior to our stay and the man on the phone said it would be no problem and to pay an extra $25 when we arrive at 4 am. We get there at that time and a woman yells at us that no “man“ works here and that there’s no room available for us.

The customer service was not that welcoming. Dirty towels and old food in the fridge when we checked in. A lot of damage throughout the room (broken picture frames, dented walls, etc.). Key cards stopped working and the replacements cards didn't scan either, so a lot of walking back and forth from the room to the front desk.

Female at the front desk was never there. She was very unpleasant all around. The building was a little run down. We stayed on the 3rd floor, so waiting for the only elevator was a little inconvenient as well as the floor outside of the elevator seemed as if it was starting to fall in in certain spots. A friend that traveled with us stayed at the Lexington across the street. I’ll be paying the extra money to stay elsewhere when we go back.
