Nasty... The rooms where not clean. We found garbage in the rooms & pills, we open the cabinets roches. It was just nasty.

There was a vibration coming from below 2nd floor that sounded like a plane or train.

Sheets smelled nasty! Had to pick up my own towels and was asked to bring the used ones out of the room

Very disappointing, and we are pretty easy The beds were very firm. Like terrible. They have no ice machine---not that it was broken, they don't have one. The clerk seemed surprised I even asked. Though the room had a full kitchen, there was no silverware, plates, bowls, cups, or any type of cookware. Seriously, what's the point? The fan in the bathroom made a horrendous noise when you turned it on as well as when you turned it off, and since it was the same switch as the light you couldn't avoid it. Hotel Closed I got to the hotel only to be greeted by a sign on the door that said "closed due to the hurricane". I get that. However, I had a reservation. How do you close the hotel and not inform me before I get to town? And how does Hotels.com not send me anything either? What a joke.
Worst experience ever We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes to even be greeted. The lady working the front desk was new & did not even know how to sign on to wifi. When we got to our room, it smelled like smoke & the floors were sticky. I sat on the bed clisest to the window, looked down toward the floor & the other bed had what I can only think is dried vomit on the bed skirt. I then noticed a small amount on the skirt of the bed I was on. We immediately left & I will never stay at another Extended Stay America again!

Good Points: Room was clean. Shower had hot water. TV worked. Internet worked. Not Good Points: Efficiency kitchen had full size refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, but had no cups, glasses, plates, bowels, cookware, silverware, etc. Cabinets & drawers were empty. Electrical problem, half the outlets did not work (checked the circuit breaker box and the GFCI breakers).
