Presence of roaches. Room was not properly cleaned. May be is time for the management to proceed with a full renovation or a new management.

Property was very dated and in need…the hall carpeting is filthy and stained. However, staff was friendly…overall, this place needs attention! Stepped into the hall to go get ‘breakfast’ and felt like I had fallen into an ashtray! In a NO SMOKING hotel??!! Breakfast was coffee and wrapped bars or muffins. Also, charged to park as well. Won’t be returning here!!

Hotel room Smelled like roaches, was NOT cleaned to the hotel room standards. I had to wipe everything down with disinfectant. I paid $136 for one night. It was horrible. Staffing was weird. Room chairs had white stuff oh them . Just nasty : would not recommend

Clean but old Clean but old. Front desk stay really good but room was bad. Furniture scratched up, closet drape falling down, smelly of smoke. Not going back

It took an more than an hour to get the room, we came at 11pm and end up check in 30min after midnight when there was nobody check in except of us...

The property is unkept, needs maintenance, the room was not completely clean, and there was no maid service for the 4 nights we had the room. "Breakfast included" meant pre-packaged muffins and granola bars.

Property is in dire need of a renovation. Our room had a strange odor. Air conditioning did work as it should. Shower leaked to entry floor. Carpet felt soggy/sticky. There was hair in the shower prior to us using it. Parking lot was trashed.

Due to a pipe leak at the convention center location, I was transferred to the Salisbury Rd location. I was wrongfully charged for another room (at a higher rate), the room I recieved was not the room type I reserved, and the transferring of my reservation was unprofessional and confusing. While checking out, I was told I was not supposed to be charged and would be refunded for the room. I still have not recieved the refund.
