Not as advertised. This hotel was just OK. We arrived well after 5 PM which was much later than the check in time of 3 PM. Our room was not ready. We have some place to be and no time to wait so they put us in a two double bed room instead of our scheduled king bed room. The front desk staff was in no hurry. Once we got up to our room, we only had about a half a roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex. Dirty with roaches!Bad customer service Dirty sticky carpet (even sticks to your shoes) in room, roaches. front desk staff rude, made no attempt to make things better, said they will come to check problems and never did for the entire 4night stay. Paid for parking that was not stated when booking. Air conditioner not working in 85+ weather and room was still not changed checked or cleaned for the entire 4nights even after showing the video of roaches! . worst hotel ever even in customer service!

Worst hotel I have ever used in all of my life Very dirty room. Just by walking barefoot in the room, the bottom of my feet would be black. Mold in the bathroom. They only clean the room once a week. Breakfast included, yeah right!!! They offer muffins (the ones you get in vending machine) and granola bars. Because of my work, I spend probably half of my time in hotels. This was the worst I have ever had in all my life. That was my first experience with hotels.com. I don't think I will use them again in the future.
