Covid, covid, covid….. Still using “covid” as an excuse to save on their P&L and maximize their profit. “Due to covid, our services are limited and ….”! Nothing but excuses for low quality service!

I didn't like the entire stay. I had my work cell phone stolen from my room. I filed a police report and no one from the hotel has even reached out to me with regards to this issue. THERE WERE ROACHES IN MY ROOM. Strangers hanging out in the parking lot of the hotel at night. It seemed unsafe, dirty, noisy and it was a horrible place to stay. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Never again For the price you get nothing but a place to sleep and shower. I guess the meaning of extended stay is bring your own coffee, coffee maker, food along with service ware. No continental breakfast. Clerk couldnt print a receipt. Wont ever stay at extended stay again. They need to remove carpet and replace with vinyl flooring to remove the stench smell. Employees were nice.

For 170.00 the place was not what was expected. A large water bug was in the room, the room was not at all what was in the pictures. Very disappointed. Would never stay there again.

Keys for room would not work. Door was wide open to room when I checked in. Room was filthy and had a horrible odor. Hallways and stair cases had overpowering smell of weed.
