On July 17 at 3 pm, literally 48 hours prior to our check in, Extended Stay called and notified us that the property was overbooked and they were moving us to an alternate property 8 miles away. No blankets, beds very hard, breakfast was granola bars and warm lemon water. Less than clean.

I was not happy at all with this booking! The Extended Stay I booked had a plumbing issue and I was moved further from the venue I was attending to another Extended stay. I booked two rooms with two double beds however, the rooms I was moved to each had one double bed. I did not find this out until after I checked in and walked in my room. The receptionist told me that there nothing she could do and was unwilling to help, no more rooms, no roll away, nothing. I asked to see a manager about the situation and there was none. Flirty and Uncomfortable I booked this place back in November 2018. I paid for a king room. I get there to check in - JULY 2019. They don’t have a king room available. They then say they have a queen room but wanted me to pay more! Hell no. They then said they would waive the charge and also waive the $6.95 parking fee. We get to the room...It was disgusting. Wrong choice, but didn't know better first time at an Extended Stay property and chose it for price and incorrectly assumed it would be a standard hotel experience. Believe if we paid just $20 more at another place, would have had that hotel experience. No lobby, and staff goes off duty at 11pm, no amenities - soap, alarm clock, and TV reception for ESPN was fuzzy - ESPN!! That and the lock on our door did not work properly.
