These guys are adding a $6 per night parking charge to park in their regular parking lot. This is not disclosed as part of the room rate. As we all know, almost everybody has a car. What they are doing is to increase profit by adding surprise fees. I refused to pay the fee at check-in and raised hell, so they did not charge me. When you pay them for parking, they make you sign a contract saying that they are not responsible for anything that happens to your car. The parking lot is reasonably lit though. While price is only a concern in the absence of value, at half the price, staying here still wouldn't be worth it. Spend $10 or $20 more and stay at someplace nearby.

Nothing. Rude and disrespectful employees. Can not be trusted to represent this business in a professional manner. These employees were and are bad for your business and your bottom line. I have to say I read the reviews and though maybe something has changed....and the fact the accept dogs was the plus. We got to the hotel , easy to find adequate parking. Downtown looks nice. Walking in you could see it wasnt elaborate but not bad. 1 elevator for 3 floors. As soon as We got off the elevator you could smell what smelled like cooked crab. Well we were there unfotunately for 2 nights. The smell did not go away. Mold in the bathroom around the seam where tub connects to the wall. We had to actually ask for towel... read more

Room was equipped with a kitchenette that was not properly cleaned. The room also seemed to be directly above some malfunctioning equipment that made noise throughout the entire duration of the stay, making it impossible to sleep.

The room have a weird smell, all the furniture are old, and the air condition don’t work. Also, they charge extra for parking per car.

This property was barely clean, receptacles not working in room 223, phone was broke so you couldn’t call the front desk, and a hair dryer plug was rattling and loose which of course it did not work.
