Our rooms were not ready at 9:30 pm, not to say we were on a school trip and the students needed to be in bed by 10:30 pm. The rooms had roaches, room smell of cigarette and the hall smell of weed.

There were roaches all in the room- the floors were sticky and gross. Not to mention is was impossible to sleep with all the loud noise and banging sounds

Horrible Experience this extended stay visit was very disappointing I stayed at a previous location a few years back and was very pleased with it however this past visit not so much. Let me start by saying there was only one lady checking people in which is crazy since we came for an event in the area (you would think they would have been well staffed) it was crowded and such a small waiting area with what seemed liked no AC. we booked 5 rooms total 6 months in advanced they could not find one of our friends room even though... read more

The staff member (there was only one) was kind but slow and we stood for about an hour behind 3 other people trying to check in. There is no bathroom outside of the rooms to use, so if you do happen to get stuck in this line, you better be ready to hold it. There was one very thin blanket on the bed and when we asked for more, had to wait for them to dry. The room was clean and, as I said, the staff was friendly.
