You had to pay for everything, and clean your own room!

The handicapped door wouldn’t lock unless you used force and I am disabled and was told to just keep pushing up

We arrived at 11:25 pm only to find the hotel was locked. No one was at the front desk. We were not able to check in. A sign in the entry way said above a phone said to dial zero for after hours check in. We did, but no answer. We ended up on the street at midnight looking for a hotel with room and were lucky to find the Lexington Hotel staffed and with available rooms not far away.

There was no breakfast, the staff was invisible our entire trip. We did not feel safe because there was no one at the front desk!
