Horrible Experience this extended stay visit was very disappointing I stayed at a previous location a few years back and was very pleased with it however this past visit not so much. The staff member (there was only one) was kind but slow and we stood for about an hour behind 3 other people trying to check in. There is no bathroom outside of the rooms to use, so if you do happen to get stuck in this line, you better be ready to hold it. There was one very thin blanket on the bed and when we asked for more, had to wait for them to dry. The room was clean and, as I said, the staff was friendly.

Upon arrival at three there were no rooms available. I made reservations the night before.when I retuned around 6. I had to wait an additional fifty minutes in the lobby. Once she checked me ln. she gave me a key to come to my room which still had cleaning staff in the room. Needless to say the staff did not leave the room until 8:30. Disgusting This place was filthy. Hair/ skin flakes on the bed (under the cover), stains on the chairs, and dirty refrigerator. There were also some disruptive people staying at the hotel who were arguing and yelling right in front of my room. Staff came up and told them basically to just "quiet down".

Bedbugs bites The room my husband and I were originally assigned was dirty. Then we were assigned to a double bed room instead of a Queen or King bedroom. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds and he was bitten by bed bugs on his leg and foot. We will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
