It was dirty and smelled of marijuana ... I did not end up staying but Expedia refunded my money

When we arrived the desk person was very nice and made us feel welcome. Overnight there was a lot of noise from the person above us and going in and out of the lobby there were a lot of people hanging out smoking. My husband remarked that this area looked pretty bad. It was very convenient to a lot of good areas but we didn't feel very safe.

Not great We were given a different room because the linens in the first room were not fresh. Both rooms were damp and musty. The staff truly tried. Not a place for families.

Nasty smell Room smelled, roaches in room

Business Don't go to this hotel!!! I woke up to a cockroach in my room...terrible. When I mentioned it to the lady at the desk all she said was "Oh you had a visitor". No surprise that it happened or apology.

Customer is not always right. If all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night, then it works, but if you want someone to care go somewhere else. The staff attitude was short. Problems were not handled well. Laundry vending machines were not working, but no sign was put up so you lost your money (I wasn't the first person to tell them their machines were not working). They were willing to refund you, but not willing to give up a 1/2 cup of laundry soap. I was told to go next door to the gas station in the morning. I was to... read more

Unable to Cancel DOUBLE paid, not likely to use Or Not likely to use Orbitz to double pay for a room with no way to cancel

Cockroaches were our unexpected roommates We didn't like sharing our room with cockroaches. The hotel staff didn't act like it was a surprise and it was very disgusting to stay here. The dishes they gave us came in storage containers which should have tipped us off to something being wrong. Will never stay at this hotel chain again.
