We had a nice stay here. The front desk lady, Diana was just AWESOME... so friendly and helpful. KEEP HER!! If we come back to Jacksonville, we will stay here again. Great bargain!

What hotel does not have a restroom in the lobby. For the most part when using a hotel you have traveled and often arrive with a full bladder. Very poor design.

I enjoyed the friendly service that the employees gave me during my stay and the house keeping staff was very nice and helpful during my stay 🙂
This property was near the Vystar Arena. I was in town for an event there. It was the most economical option for the proximity to the stadium. I knew that the area was not the absolute best however I did not feel unsafe at all during my visit! The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the a/c worked well. This property does not advertise itself as a luxury hotel & I feel that the poor reviews are all from people with unrealistic expectations. I would definitely stay here again !!
Would not be staying again The front desk clerk at time of check in was very nice. However, I was not impressed with the hotel. The hallways had a musty smell and the room and facility in general look outdated.
