Lights barely worked. Pillows stained pretty dirty. Extremely thin blankets. Hallways smelled like weed, cigarettes and dirt. There was the same trash sitting in the hallway the entire time we were there and nobody cleaned it. “Breakfast” was sad.

The customer service and stuff was great. The hotel and rooms was very clean. The location was good for me, restaurants in walking distance.

Needed a place to stay late at night, last minute. Expedia helped us get that. Did not need the kitchenette. That would have been great. Biggest disappointment was not getting a later checkout when we'r had come after midnight. Organization should be more flexible.

Disappointing stay! The room had food left in cabinets & drawers. The room below me on the first floor had some kind of machinery in it that ran off & on All night long, making it difficlt to sleep well. At times it seemed to have my floor vibrating. The only good point was its location, close to the hospital.

Convenient and cozy. We selected this location because it was close to the hospital. Everything was perfect.

Ugh. I needed a hotel in Jax It wasn’t terrible, but there seems to be a very criminal element to the area. I don’t like that I had to pay for parking either. It didn’t feel safe. Won’t return.
