The place is awesome altogether but had an issue this past weekend. I owned my mistake by leaving my key in my room I went outside after office hrs couldn’t get anyone at the front desk sat outside for almost 2 hrs. Had customer service call them several times even another Extended stay down the hotel but no luck I finally got ahold of someone and when I did the lady was so rude. Convenient. Parking fee not disclosed from expedia. Room card activation broke & didn’t have room access, so we got a refund on our room.

it was nice They had an issue with the room keys so there was no key available for guests. They waved our parking fee which was nice. Good stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect for downtown and a short walk to the river front. The staff was nice. But the cleanliness was questionable. It smelled foul during our whole stay. Normally I don’t care about looks but the furniture was banged up so badly it looked like Good Will wouldn’t even have sold it..
