Motel itself has a very odd smell, you could smell the grease form everyone cooking. Rooms are ok beds are extra firm and hard to sleep on. TV is smaller than the average computer monitor abd only geta analog channels. I chose it because of location

Property is a bit run down, carpets are in need of a good cleaning, kitchen area is very outdated. Beds are comfortable.

It was just ok. Not in a great area, room wasn't ready at check in time, hotel just has a funny smell to it, some of the doors to get into the building don't work with room cards. Needs ice and vending machines. A lot of little stuff that adds up.

What You'd Expect It was what we expected. Downtown JAX hotel. Rooms were old, cabinet was really scratched-up. Smell of marijuana in the halls. Thankfully it was only one night and blocks from the fireworks for New Years.

Within walking distance of the Riverwalk. The hotel is located near the river walk and several restaurants. We only stayed one night, but having the kitchenette was really nice. The room was nicely sized with no frills furniture. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Carper is staines in mulriple areas. The furniture is broken and scratched. The shower curtain has mold & orange grimes on it
