Disappointing stay! The room had food left in cabinets & drawers. The room below me on the first floor had some kind of machinery in it that ran off & on All night long, making it difficlt to sleep well. At times it seemed to have my floor vibrating. The only good point was its location, close to the hospital.

Convenient and cozy. We selected this location because it was close to the hospital. Everything was perfect.

Ugh. I needed a hotel in Jax It wasn’t terrible, but there seems to be a very criminal element to the area. I don’t like that I had to pay for parking either. It didn’t feel safe. Won’t return.

The elevators were slow and rickety. The floor freaked as we walked on it. The blankets in the room were basically thin sheets. The vending machines were not stocked (there were no drinks in the machine during our visit). Won’t be back to this location.

The property is nice for people staying for a long time but not recommended for a short time. The people were very nice and helpful.

Interesting stay... Super nice staff. Strong smell of marijuana coming from a car in the parking lot near the front door when we entered to register. A strong smell of marijuana when we entered the building on day two. It seemed to be coming from the employee room to the left of the entrance. Carpets in the room were pretty disgusting, stains on the bedding skirt, open electrical box on the ceiling where the fan/light used to be, stovetop elements were rusty and the refrigerator door was all stained.
