A little loud but clean and the staff was accommodating
We had a nice stay here. The front desk lady, Diana was just AWESOME... so friendly and helpful. KEEP HER!! If we come back to Jacksonville, we will stay here again. Great bargain!

What hotel does not have a restroom in the lobby. For the most part when using a hotel you have traveled and often arrive with a full bladder. Very poor design.

Would not be staying again The front desk clerk at time of check in was very nice. However, I was not impressed with the hotel. The hallways had a musty smell and the room and facility in general look outdated.
