I enjoyed the friendly service that the employees gave me during my stay and the house keeping staff was very nice and helpful during my stay 🙂
This property was near the Vystar Arena. I was in town for an event there. It was the most economical option for the proximity to the stadium. I knew that the area was not the absolute best however I did not feel unsafe at all during my visit! The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & the a/c worked well. This property does not advertise itself as a luxury hotel & I feel that the poor reviews are all from people with unrealistic expectations. I would definitely stay here again !!
The mattress was pretty hard but the room was very clean, plenty of towels. Front desk was very friendly.

The property was overall OK the vending machines weren’t functioning properly the front Dess lady was extremely friendly Paula she told me a little history about the area overall out of 10 I will give this property a six

Okay room with unsafe condtions My stay at the Prudential drive location in Jacksonville, Florida 5/2022 was okay. The service trying to check in was terrible. I was checking in after hours and already had a confirmation number however the hotel clerk would not let me in the lobby for 15 minutes. This made my travels unsafe to have to wait on the outside of a locked door and talk with a clerk whom was inside.
