The rooms were clean and comfortable. However the soda and snack machine was out of order and there wasn’t a bucket to get ice.

Everyone was very courteous and kind. We couldn't have the breakfast in the morning because we had to be at Mayo super early in the morning and had to fast for blood work. The rate was very reasonable. I had to request a room convenient for my husband (not able to to walk far) and the young lady gave us a room the second one from the front desk on the main floor. Just wish we were younger so we could have walked around the area and enjoyed everything there was to offer.

It’s a great location to the hospitals which is what I needed it for. The hotel has everything you need. It’s nothing fancy but comfortable. There are dishes, toaster and coffee pot available. You just have to pick them up from the front desk. Like most hotels you can hear your neighbors pretty well. Staff was very friendly.

PM staff unprofessional. AM staff was helpful. Breakfast is just some breakfast bars and coffee.

Don't stay here! I had to go up and down 3 times before my key would work. Was told one price and charged another. Area was really crappy. No Jacuzzi, uncomfortable beds.
