Short stay Stayed overnight only. Chose hotel for location which is good, near waterfront, restaurants. Room was cleaned with strong bleach solution which made air in room have a harsh odor. Had to leave windows open for entire stay without much relief., although at least this indicated the room was cleaned. Free coffee was very good.

Acceptable for the price After seeing the bad reviews and general horror stories about this chain, I was really worried about my room and this was a non-refundable booking. Fortunately it was fine and there were no roaches in sight in my first floor room but it was stressful always on the lookout. The walls are truly paper thin and there was music blaring even at 2 in the morning. A two hour phone conversation next door was completely audible. Review Second time I've stayed here for work.Really close to downtown. Rooms was really clean but for price and the fact you have to pay to park, one would expect a bigger breakfast selection and possibly a gym.

San Marco Get Away My stay was very satisfying. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The room was clean and comfortable. This area seemed quiet and safe.

Decent hotel. The hotel was close to my convention venue and riverside food and entertainment options, which made it a good choice for me. It was generally clean, and I appreciated the grab-n-go breakfast supplied each morning. My only real complaint is that there were cockroaches in my room. It wasn't an infestation, and as someone who travels to many warm climate places I've seen roaches before, but my travel companion found the roaches very upsetting.

When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful. Only was there for one evening but, I was comfortable and the room was very spacious and very clean. The next morning when we went to check out there was fresh coffee in the lobby.

Keep your guard up Best to stay above floor cause the back windows were lefty unlocked on the bottom floor I stayed in. Late at night I heard conversations behind the windows. Not a good feeling. Just an grassy alley walk thru behind the windows. Hotel is good and nice staffs. Took my suitcase with me everyday upon leaving to go places. Came back and one window is unlocked. Told the desk.
