Did not like the area. Nothing around and the construction made me not want to venture out. Bugs in the bathroom was a turn off and someone was cooking so there was a horrible odor in the hallway. Will not stay there when I go back. It was convenient to the Hyatt where I was attending a convention. Think I'll stay there next time.

Hotel was good, with a couple of setbacks The elevator was broken when I arrived, which was inconvenient since I was placed on the 3rd floor. I had to schlep all of my stuff plus my cat up and down the stairs for a full week before I was told the lift was operational...as I was checking out.

It is what it is... Have a friend in St. Vincent's Hospital, the hotel was convenient since I knew nothing about the area. The bed was absolutely HORRIBLE. If you can sleep on concrete you're good though.

mixed reaction Seems the hotel is a training facility, so staff are friendly but not everything runs smoothly. I arrived at 1AM and had to check on a business message and it took 3 phone calls to the front desk before I was given the right wifi password. Room was spacious, clean and a good deal for the price point. Try 'bb's restaurant' just down the street - great cocktails and contemporary Southern food.
