So so Hotel. Hood for 1 night. Clean room and nice staff but derty halls with a very strong weed smell. The breakfast invluded part was an utopia since it doesn't exist, unless coffee and crackers are considered to be breakfast. It's well located and for the price it is OK, but nothing to be too exited about.

ended disappointed I had to change rooms found bedbugs and was I bitten. The 2nd room had roaches not a comfortable stay.

Perfect Location for my visit I chose to stay here due to it's centralize location. Located in town in San Marco across from Downtown JAX. Walks away from the Riverwalk, minutes drive to Riverside where I spent lots of time with friends I was visiting. 30 minutes to the beach where I visited other friends.

Not bad ... Elevator broke Had to pull refrigerator out to plug in Paid over $100 for one night and had to pay extra to park in parking lot
