Surprisingly nice, quiet and clean I usually stay away from extended stay places because they have cheap beds and the other guests are pretty bad but this place was right near downtown and the free skyway train could get me anywhere I needed to go for business. Rooms are great, very clean and comfy bed. As usual the other guests were not the greatest but it's a clean quiet bed for a night or two. A full Kitchen was nice too. Unbelievable to be charged nightly parking in the hotel's lot. Thought they were kidding. Kitchenette but no utensils, cups plates etc. Staff was very friendly. No ice machine.

Went to a concert at Veterans Arena. The hotel was 2 miles from the arena. It was a nice day, so we walked to the concert, which wasn't a bad trek at all. After the concert, we walked back and hit up a few restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Staff was wonderful could have been cleaner windows were very dirty bed was comfortable

sign at desk on check in said they would take an additional $100.00 deposit for all reservations made thru hotels.com, expedia, travelocity, etc; they didn't; but they did charge me $5.00 for parking in their little lot because there was an event at the stadium across the river.....not cool;

Soccer at Everbank field Did not start very well. The first room seemed to have a broken toilet and had a distinct cigar smell. The replacement room was much better. Everything was clean and working. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast is a little more than a snack though nothing too filling
