nice, clean hotel I felt very comfortable there. Room was nice and clean. staff was helpful and pleasant. I have no complaints.

Convenient but some issues It was convenient to what we were there for, but there was always people hanging out around the exit door smoking where there were "no smoking" signs. Our first night there we were woken at 2am to someone knocking on our door. My husband got up and told them they had the wrong room. Over the next two hours the man kept knocking on the adjacent room to ours. VERY CONVENIENT FOR MY QUICK STAY IN Jacksonville I was able to walk to Baptist Hospital and the hotel was convenient to freeway access, I also was able to let my Grandkids and NIeces utilize the Pool from the neighbor Hampton inn Thanks to them,,,

Extended stay jax Uncomfortable beds, ac was not working properly, the hallways smell bad, the kitchen appliances where not set up, breakfast window was to short. Can't complain about the costumer service they did what they could to accomodate.

There were roaches in the room, and when the microwave was used it made the entire room smell like bacon.
