Nice room,good customer service Rather dreary looking lobby and hallway and first smell at entrance way was Lysol but room was decent and clean. Good bed.

Downtown location Couldn't have been better: clean, roomy & staff wears excellent!

Concert bound Check in was great, quite even though we were there for a concert

Nice Hotel, Great Staff, Carpet was questionable. But overall for the little amount of time i was actually in the room it was a good experience.

Nice staff, good coffee It wasn't the prettiest place but I have no complaints. There was literally nothing I found wrong with the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

a solid 2-2.5 stars... not 3. it was an impromptu stay in downtown Jacksonville. I didn't have time to research the area and just booked the best deal I could find. It was published as a 3star, but definitely had the feel of a 2star. the exterior of the property was clean and safe. The check-in process was fine. The hallways smelled of a fish cook off with permeating smells competing over each other. The room was ok, but the bed linens were old and worn out.
