OK for a short stay. Could be cleaner. My stay was okay, although the breakfast offered ended up being coffee and biscuits, with cake! Worse part was the roaches I found in the room.

Good location The hotel is in a good location, and tries to be a CW suites style hotel - but it lacks the IHG benefits - no dishwasher, or ice maker, You have to request dishes and kitchen stuff from the front desk. The WiFi is free, but horrible - dial up is faster. They will Upgrade you to faster internet for a fee - but even at 3x faster, it is still pretty poor. Too much excitement Woke to "drumming" at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. It didn't last long but wasn't appreciated. Too much excitement for me. Beware, if u book online you will have to provide a $100 security deposit.

Very friendly staff The staff was all smiles ands all "yes!" I was surprised to have to pay $5 to park! The room walls allowed some sounds. Otherwise the room was excellent and I'm a 69 year old cranky guy who had to evacuate due to a hurricane. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Surprisingly nice, quiet and clean I usually stay away from extended stay places because they have cheap beds and the other guests are pretty bad but this place was right near downtown and the free skyway train could get me anywhere I needed to go for business. Rooms are great, very clean and comfy bed. As usual the other guests were not the greatest but it's a clean quiet bed for a night or two. A full Kitchen was nice too.
