Excellent downtown location This down at the heels hotel is very near the heart of downtown Jax and incredibly low priced. My small room included a kitchenette but no amenities such as a coffee maker and silverware though these items (minus coffee) we're available upon request. Coffee and granola bars were offered in lobby in the morning. There is a terrific Thai restaurant (Basil) across the street. If you're on a budget 0this hotel will work just fine.

Long drive, late check in in a. Overbooked hotel The hotel was overbooked we needed 2 beds but they only had one bed, without paying extra they gave us 2 rooms with a queen size bed. That was definitely nice, the front desk was very understanding. I needed to be in this hotel because I need to be close to the seminar venue, we travel 4 hours with the kids. Wonderful Stay. It was really nice and wonderful stay. Glad I chose this hotel. Only 9min from where I need to go. Great quiet area as well. Beds was comfortable.
