Clean moderate facilities. One night stay during a move served it's purpose. Comfortable,clean room.

Juneau on the fly We were greeted well with quick check-in. Room was adequate. Needed more sound proofing as hall way and sounds from floor above were really noticeable. Otherwise it worked for us.

Noisy door slamming during the night. A bed that came from bedrock furniture. Overpriced. The “ breakfast was fine as long as all you wanted was oatmeal or a banana nut muffin. In the muffin display case 2 other flavors were listed but they were all one flavor. If that is all you are offering with your free breakfast say so

The night I stayed at the hotel i got in late and there were 20 to 30 people waiting to check in due to some travel disruptions. The front desk host was by herself but kept her cool and check us in one at a time. She did a great job and was very professional and polite.

The fact that it's location is right on the airport facility was very convenient (if you don't mind the airplane or helicopter noise)... in fact, everything was very convenient. The only part I didn't like, was the fact that their business center was not working the entire time we were there (7 days).. so we had to go the the public library to get our business done. Also, they only have housekeeping once per week (not sure which day, because we never got housekeeping while we were there)... this hotel is in very much need of... read more
