When Hotels.com had our booking messed up the hotel made sure to take care of it. We appreciate what it took to get it straightened out. The curtains in the room need to be repaired so that it blocks out the light, in Alaska it was still light at 11 pm and hard to sleep. I ended up using my own safety pins to pin the curtains shut

Get there and the main water line broke, no water in hotel! Not good for long travel day. No compensation since booked thru orbitz while others received free nite. Not very happy about that.

Room was comfortable & clean but a little run down. Doors creaked, mirror is peeling onbedges, slow draining tub, policy of asking for silverware & dishes for in room use is inconvenient. We were grateful for 4 am coffee but would’ve been nice to have a complimentary breakfast granola bar gor morning flight across street

The staff were great and went out of their way to help. I asked for lste check and it was no problem. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The recliner did not recline and the desk chair had problems also. You have to ask for kitchen implements and carry them down yourself. There us a nice swimming pool and laundry. My biggest complaint is that they stopped providing a shuttle and the cost of a taxi was $23 one way to the pier. You can walk from the airport as the hotel is right across the street. It's a short walk, but Would be helpful to have shuttle to and from airport in rainy weather. No water second morning but not due to lack of effort on staff's part. Broken water main
