Close to Juneau International Airport Very comfortable and economical and a quick hike to the airport.

Hotel getting old. I have stayed here a few times over the years. I stayed when it was the Aspen and it has gone downhill some since then. It is showing it's age. The mattress was quite hard. There were no plates/glasses etc., which for a hotel with a kitchen in its a bit of a missing piece. I think I could have asked for some, but they do not say so anywhere I could see. Clean and Quiet in Juneau This hotel is within walking distance to the airport but I liked that it was quiet and there was no maid service for the two days that I was there. I stayed with my son in the hotel as it was a trip for a medical procedure. I didn't need to rely on the courtesy van since we rented a car. That is usually the issue with these type of hotels. TV could have been bigger and you need to request dishes if you need them. There were a few restaurants in the area so we didn't use the kitchenette but it was ni... read more

I was only given one washcloth for my stay. I went to the front desk to request a 2nd one and was told they were out and hadn't done laundry. I asked if one could be brought to my room and she said ok. I never received one. Customer service isnt really their strong suit at this hotel. I also asked for a bowl and silverware the night before. Sign in the room states that you only need to call the front desk and they will be delivered to your room when in actuality the front desk will make you come get them yourself and also wa... read more
