Get what you pay for. Clean place to sleep. Room was clean, staff was friendly. But lots of wear and tear on the place. Bathroom door was an unfinished replacement that did not fit or close well. A/C fan worked intermittently (thankfully it was moderate outside, but room was stuffy and needed air flow). Pool was heated only 1 day out of 3. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Excellent customer service We just moved up here from the lower 48 and had to stay at the Extended Stay while we transitioned to our new home. David and Dan at the front desk were awesome! Their kindness and excellent customer service making sure we had everything we needed was so helpful during a stressful move.

Very convenient. You can walk to/from the airport. Very nice staff. Clean and safe. Computer in "business center" did not work. No laundry soap in the vending machine (empty slot), one of four washers was out of order. HOWEVER, the room was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and I would stay again and recommend to all.

For Juneau it is as good or better than most everything in the Valley. It is just a few hundred yards from the airport an easy walk, about five to eight minutes.

Convenient location Convenient location. Across the street from the airport, but we didn’t hear any airport noise. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again.
