The room it was really dirty

They put a 3 year old out on the street because they told they sister building not to take are reservation

Hallway was really dirty and room seemed broken down. There was drywall on the floor and marks. The parking lot was full of people smoking weed and yelling until about midnight. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk last night, she was super sweet and helpful for anything we needed.

Third party problem with reservation I made a reservation through a 3rd party site months in advance - tried to check in late that evening when I arrived and was told they were over booked and my reservation was cancelled. They told me that they "release" rooms starting at 6 pm and had sold my room. So not sure why I even had a reservation - as nothing in my confirmation told me I had to arrive by 6 pm or guarantee the room by then to make sure my reservation was still valid. They overbooked the property so when we showed up late, we had no room. Front staff did not care and said that is your problem.

Second worst place I have ever booked. This hotel was gross. Not clean. Very outdated. Smelled bad. Disappointed cause it was close to the venue where we had an event. Ended up driving home instead of sleeping there. 👎

Extended Stay WORST HOTEL EVER :Flew in from California, took a Lyft to the property, showed in with confirmation and reservation only to be told we don't have a room for you. First time in 40 years I ever booked a room had a reservation showed up to check in and they gave my room away. The Holiday inn was right across the parking lot, I had to walk over there in the rain, they took me in with open arms.
