Awful Room was dirty. Wouldn’t clean or move us rooms. Manager wanted argue saying it was a low income hotel and we get what we get.

Every time I stay at it extended stay I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the company itself, and its lack of concern for cleanliness is beyond belief. I don’t know how they get away with it, considering government regulations. Last time I stayed at an extended stay, the bedsheets were not even changed, and it took several complaints to get someone to change. The property was not well kept. It was dirty and the maintenance was poor. Two thumbs way down. Staff was pleasant but our room was dirty, there was hair from various sources around the room, the tub drained slow, the trim on the counter had been torn off, the elevator electric panel was held on by one screw and some guests were smoking right next to the door. Avoid at all costs!!

Reeked of weed, all over the property. By front desk, in the hallway and in the room. Dirty floor, sticky laminate in kitchen, stained carpet, countertop trims were missing, rusty appliances, not a single utensil in the kitchen. Gave us a room already occupied! They inspect your room while you are staying there! A lot of full timers living there! Gave me a room someone was already in! Went and asked for a refund and left
