The smoke alarm started going off by itself and it wouldn't stop. Woke me up early and wouldn't stop. I was double charged for my room and would like my refund asap.

It took the clerk over an hour to get us registered in. She kept saying she had to reboot her system. After waiting and returning downstairs to finally get the payment made it still didn’t work. I offered to just pay cash and be done with it but she refused. It took way to long to process. To just pay

I booked the room and my child had to sleep on the floor but I requested and extra bed and did not get and was told I had to pay an extra $10 for it.

It could've been a bit more cleaner. Inside the building next to the elevator was a dumpster. Which was unacceptable. It was really nasty to see. It stayed there the entire time I was there.
