There was no hot water, the staff was not available at their post so I had to wait at the front desk several minutes, both checking in and checking out.

Staff was a different bunch. Also it’s an extended stay hotel so people live there it seemed like.

Cuss In Before Check In The stay was fine, checking in was the issue. An employee was cussing out what I am assuming was her boyfriend beside the check in desk when we walked in. We stood there for a minute before she finally looked around the corner and seen us. She asked us to wait a minute and took off running down the hall. After a few minutes, another girl finally came to the desk to check us in. Not exactly how I expect to be greeted when entering a hotel.

Nothing terrible, but not worth $95 a night either Breakfast was the biggest issue. Terrible coffee with muffins and oatmeal as the only choices. For $95, i get that this wasn't going to be fancy by any means, but better food options would have been reasonable. Especially the coffee. The walls were thin. I heard people talking clearly their exact words, but turned up my radio to drown it out. Something sticky on the counter, too. Nothing, no parking space was available when we checked in. We were told to park on the street.

Parking was a joke. I had to park on the backside of the building and walk all the way around the building to check in. The next day my car was dinged because parking is too tight as well. Walls are also thin. I was almost asleep when someone said “Can you hand me the orange bowl?” It startled me, it sounded so close to my face. The staff on the other hand was excellent, my room was clean, and it was otherwise a quiet night.

My room was gross. Everything felt damp. One light made a buzzing noise and was unusable. The toilet was a "low flush" but didn't work and ran constantly. There were crumbs on the chair and floss on the floor. It was cold, so I tried to heater and it made a burning smell. Then the smoke alarm went off. There were never enough muffins for the "free breakfast" and the coffee was gross. Staff couldn't even be bothered to move out of the way in the hall. Terrible!!

The staff was extremely nice but the room that I had smelled like kennel. I did have a dog friendly room, but still.
