Horrible Was not good we got bed bugs in the middle of the night.had to pack up whole family on our family vacation we take once a year had bag all our stuff up. Sleep in the car was just a mess just gross all our stuff probably has them too..

The sheets were clean but the hotel was dirty. There appeared to be construction dust everywhere but no remodel was taking place. Surface areas in room were clean but carpet was stained and very worn. For the price, we expected much more and were very disappointed.

I’ll be honest, I usually never leave a review wether it be bad or good but this experience deserves a review in my opinion...First off the staff was great and very friendly. The room on the other hand.... The room was clean but that was about it. There was furniture missing from the room and the worst part was that the shower was in horrible condition. The faucet for the tub was broken off and just hanging from the tub and the wall around the faucet was in pieces and it was not cleaned either. I’ve stayed at some very low c... read more

Looks can be deceiving.... The hotel was not clean. We didn't have towels blankets in room. We had to ask for the items that should have already been in the room. It didn't look like the photos online it was much smaller. Luckily I only had to sleep there a few hrs both nights I stayed. I should not have prepaid.

Room was dirty.... people with luggage loitering in the stair wells at night I will never go back

The amenities usually expected were not provided. Soap and shampoo were provided, but there was no coffee and the breakfast was a grab-and-go. Although there were places to eat, there was not so much as a single cup provided; however, there was a note saying we could request dishes from the front desk and they would be brought to the room.
