I've slept in better beds. Aside from the bed itself being hard to sleep in, good experience.

Location, location, location The tub did not drain well, so was up to my ankles almost during my shower. Definitely, can hear noise from hallway in the morning. Would not call that breakfast as the "grab & Go" had no fruit or protein. Location is excellent and that's why we chose it. Close to Plaza and art museums. Walking distance.
Convenient hotel - needs updating My stay was fine, though I did not enjoy being so close to the elevator as it was quite noisy. The room was clean, but could use some updating.
Was a clean basic hotel. Walls where thin and front desk service when somebody was around was poor. Beds hard as rock and pillows were small and flat.
I visit KC often and always stay here. Its so close to The Plaza and art museums. I can eat at restaurants within walking distance that range from $10-$100 plus dollars.

Walking distance to plaza and Nelson Atkins museum We chose this hotel to be close to a conference at UMKC. Less than 5 minute drive away. Added bonus that we were within walking distance to the Plaza and the Nelson Atkins museum. Great location. Rooms are very large and clean and comfortable. Price is right! The hotel is pet friendly though, and the first room we were given had barking dogs a couple rooms away. Swapped rooms though and were given a quiet room.
