Picked for location. The room had no plates, flatware or glassware for an extended stay. The decor and paint looked like 1990. I was embarrassed to host my guest in those surroundings but he tells me the bed was fine. It was very basic, fairly clean but I will not return.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room was a bit run down, and there were bugs/i think small roaches in the corner of the kitchenette

Website booked room not available Hotels.com booked us a room that wasnt available and when we checked in, the onsite manager went out of his way trying to make it right. Very disappointed in the stress this caused on our little getaway.

They put a $200 hold on my card when I checked in. This needs to be explained when making the reservation.
