The matress box spring was torn. Multiple dents in the refigerator rust in the shower. Very noisy. Did not feel safe.

covid checkin too long..just me! cleanliness of room..NOT

Check in was fine then it went downhill. There was trash on the floor of the room, very basic toiletries, bathroom counter pulled away from the wall and the bedding was very, very basic. The final straw was when we went down to get coffee they were out of cups so no coffee for us. We were told by the desk clerk that the cup shortage was because of COVID.

Maintenance forgot to install toilet seat

Will try something different for Overland Park Check in required extra calls to management. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. According to the website information the kitchen was supposed to be stocked with utensils etc. but was not.

Just not happy. It's not what I expected from an hotel. They had a shortage of towels on our visit, the tub had rust in it. We ordered Doordash a couple of times and the front desk person wouldn't let them in until the delivery driver called my phone. Plus didn't have housekeeping come at all during our one week visit. I get it Covid-19 is here but come on at least once in the middle of our visit would of been good.

Not as good as rated Needs some TLC...towel rack was falling off the wall, carpet was nasty

My sheets were covered in dog fur. I dont think they changed the sheets just made the bed. The room smelled like wet dog and something. The floor was dirty obviously it was not swept or mopped. There was hair in the bath tub and sink. There was blood on my pillow case and pillow I took it back to the front desk and ask for a different 1 and told them about my issues and I was dismissed.
