Picked it because it had a fridge. The staff was unhelpful, did not provide dishes as advertised, and did not allow early checkout. Room was not even clean. We found trash under the a/c and under the bed. very disappointing experience

Hotel is listed as 2.5 star and honestly it needs lots of improvements. Bathroom zincs were rusted, hallway was smelly, complained about some cigarette smoke smell and the desk people said they would look in to it. There is a sign outside of the lobby that says do not smoke working 100 feet and people smoke within 20 feet. I’ve been to other 2.5 star hotels and this one is not even close. I won’t be using it again

The front desk was noise y’all night couldn’t sleep could hear it all night in my room.

I liked that the building was kept nice & clean. I didn't like the smell of the room I stayed in. It smelled like cigarettes, & I don't smoke.

I think your motel needs to place cameras on each floor. We kept having disturbances during the night and your people were not able to identify where they were coming from. If there had been cameras this would have been able for them to handle. At about 1:30 in the morning a person was hollering for their mom to open the door to the room.
