At check in the hotel staff was unable to locate the reservation. We were also told that no double rooms were available. Afer a phone call to Expedia, we were able to check in. Hotel staff not helpful.

It was stained and dingy. The bed was a full not a queen. It was a last minute booking and i won't be staying at this hotel again.

Bed bugs on the let out couch and the room was not very clean at all the appearance of the tub was very nasty. It’s been about three years since we stopped through and this quality of excellence has dropped tremendously. Very very disappointed not a fan of Kansas anyway.

Our room was dirty. After walking on the floors barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. The shower still had hair all over it from previous guests. The bed sheets had stains on them. Our refrigerator leaked all over the kitchen floor. This will likely be our last time staying at this location.

The front desk ran my credit again when I had already paid for my room online. When I asked why she was running my card again she said she wasn't. The room stank and the bathroom was filthy, hairs and mold in the shower and stained towels. Overland Park is a nice area of Kansas City, but this hotel is nasty and they will try to rip you off. Disappointed Hair in and around the bathroom sink, as well as on the sheets and pillows. Fleas all over my socks after walking across the room.

Get what you pay for I got what I paid for. It was a cheap room. Looked forward to an evening shower upon arrival. Water was freezing cold. Clerk changed the room for me quite easily. Both rooms smelled horrible and towels had stains. One room (nonsmoking) reeked of smoke & bad odor. Employees out front smoking. Floors had mud everywhere. Overall, run down and dirty, but kept my business costs down.
