Not fit for a dog First room at check in was dirty,with the toilet paper holder broken. Advertise grab and go breakfast.. None.. Hit you with a 100 dollar charge, not hold at check in. Called their 800 number was told I would receive a call from the district manager, never happened..

Absolutely no hot water in the shower! Unacceptable

My floor was very smelly

Front desk was very rude, both night & morning shift as we checked out. The hallways reeked like illegal substance. Our key wouldn’t open the back door to enter the building so we have to drive around with a 9 month old and 6 year old. The water pressure was horrible & it was very cold water. Front desk would not answer the phones. And not to mentioned the area was not anywhere near safe with homeless people digging out the trash & wondering around. I did not feel safe & was not happy with my stay.

Good location, but obviously a long-term apartment house for rehab patients. People smoking outside every door. Food parties in front drive every night thrown by these residents. Site lists breakfast - NO BREAKFAST. Even the coffee machine had been broken for quite a time. One of two elevators broken for several days. Back parking lot doors, opened with room key, were broken for several days. Security deposit of $100 ran on my credit card until after I left and room condition approved. This was nothing like the photos shown on your site. This place was so run down, noisy, old and in terrible condition. The staff was very friendly but I could not stay there another night. Checked out after one night. Sending you photos and would appreciate being reimbursed for this bad experience.

Not clean, service was poor, room without any supplies-no coffee pot, etc. NO coffee or breakfast as stated
