Dirty There was a sign saying the rooms are cleaned and sanitized. Not true. Bathroom sink had hair wrapped around bottom of handle, there was a hole in the bedspread, there was plastic soda can holder and salad dressing packet tin refrigerator, window track was layers of dirt and debris.

We booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed. We walked in to find it had been smoked in so badly that it smelled like a bowling alley. Our king size bed had one blanket with a stain on it and two pillows. The light bulbs were almost all burnt out and it was clear this room had not been stayed in for several weeks. Dust everywhere and the stair door right outside our room was constantly being slammed from 5 am on.

Questionable on cleanliness. One of 2 bathtubs would not drain. Food left in refrigerator. TV went out during a tornado watch so couldn’t stay updated or watch tv for most of evening.

TERRIBLE place. The rooms were dirty and smelly. Receptionist was very cold during check in. When i called to ask if i could get the room cleaned she told me to go get a refund and check out without apologizing for the inconvenience cause.

WORST HOTEL EVER This hotel is trash! The lady at the front desk looks like she's on CRACK and she is very unprofessional! She was even caught sneaking into my room once I had left and came back! The rooms are so dated they are terrible. The beds are hard as a rock! I ended up leaving! DO NOT STAY HERE!
