Worst hotel ever Lady at front desk was rude when I asked about early check in at 2:30 because I just drove 17 hours. Finally got checked in at about 3:20 after having to pay a $100 deposit. First room was nasty and tv was scratch up bad. After trying to get transferred to another hotel and being told we would have to pay for another room they did switch our room. The 2nd was better but still not great. We were just too tired to worry about anything else at that point. We will never stay here again. The worst hotel by far.

Will never stay in this Extended stay chain again Horrible hotel. The room was dirty, had used soap in the shower. Remnants of old food from previous guest. Desk chair had so many stains on it that no one wanted to get near it. Terrible smell of smoke and marijuana up and down the hallways. No hangers, no shampoo/conditioner, no hairdryer, no coffee or coffee pot. Room temp was so hot and unable to turn off heat. Had to open a window. Left within 30 mins of arrival and went to a different hotel

Save your $! The room was NOT as described in the booking information AND was NOT up to par. It smelled musty. It lacked the advertised/promised table and task chair I needed to use my laptop. It was 100% UNcarpeted. There was only a thin coverlet on the bed--no blanket or bedspread shown in the room pics. The chairs were all 3 hard, I slid off the kitchen chairs due to their lack of depth and got stuck in the bedside chair, which wasn't full-size. No breakfast, and no coffee!!! There was no breakfast to go or any breakfast offered at all. Even now, hotels.com list the hotel as offering breakfast. Please changed this. To make matters, the coffee machine was out of order, with no plans of getting it repaired. just buy a new coffee maker! So I had no breakfast, nor coffee for the whole week.

Our room was plenty big for our family of three however you could tell the floor had not been swept nor moped for quite some time. Also there was food caked on the counter tops. In the bathroom the faucet leaked from two different spots now I'm not sure if this had anything to do with when you took a shower within 2mins or so you either lost water to where you could barely and i mean barely rinse your hair or it would turn so hot it burned your skin this in itself wanted to send me running! Its not the Extended Stay your use to, more of a counterfeit version. You have to ask for a blanket because they don't provide one, you also start with no silverware or cups. The rooms look horrible.

The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking; however, the cigarets smell was all over the 3rd level including the room. Also traces of burned cigarets on the carpet/floor. No breakfast of any sort (supposedly because of COVID) and even morning coffee machine was out of service.
