poor customer service I arrived at the hotel late, after getting off work. Once I arrived, there was no front desk clerk to be found. I located a phone on the wall and spoke with a worker that informed me it was after check in hours and to contact the third party for a refund. I was still charged for the room.

1. Terrible experience checking in and .checking out. No one at front desk both times . Won’t pick up phones . 2. Dirty room. 3. Room Entry Key cards stopped working 3 times Overall nightmare experience. This will be a brand of hotels , I will avoid for rest of my life .
