This is an old property that they tried to make look better. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The “complimentary breakfast” was instant oatmeal, dry muffins, & granola bars. Rarely was there anyone at the front desk.

Dirty, hairy and rusted. I travel weekly for conventions and this is the sketchiest and most unwelcoming hotel I've been to so far. The staff was extremely rude. She even seemed angry when I asked her to repeat something she said. I was just so baffled by the encounter. Now the rooms are outdated with rust in the tub and rails.There's pet and human hair all over the bed and that's when I completely gave up and stayed somewhere else. Pubic hairs in the bathtub. Property required kitchen utensils be requested upon requesting utensils staff said they had none. Had to settle for plastic ware. Dusty. Kitchen in poor condition

All of the furniture was dirty walked in saw that and walked out didn’t even want to look further

Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. When we checked in they didn’t have the room type that I had paid for ahead of time. We asked if we would be refunded the difference in the room type and were told they can’t do that. They blamed the “3rd party booking agent” for overbooking their rooms. The room was not clean. The bedding actually smelled like dirty clothes that have gotten wet and then sat in a laundry hamper for a week. The faucets in the bathroom sink did not work…the whole faucets jiggled loosely in the holes... read more
