We rented 2 rooms that were the same. But inside one room it was missing some furniture like a couch and a chair. The phone didn’t work. Most of the outlet plugs don’t work. One of the bed was broken.

Don’t stay here Our room key never worked. Every day we had to get a new one which also didn’t work and then staff ( who was outside smoking) had to let us in our room. This happened every single day in our stay

This hotel appears to have become a shelter for people experiencing housing insecurity, which they don't tell you when you book for obvious reasons! It felt unsafe for my wife and our teenage daughter, the place was a mess, people were lounging around the premises, basic furnishings were absent from the kitchenette (we had to ask for forks), and our "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke! Will not be returning here ever again.

For an extended stay: Internet did not work, no hair dryer, no ice available, Kitchen not fully stocked as advertised, we had to ask to for items, no coffee maker, security doors did not shut tight-no security, no drain stopper in kitchen sink, phone did not work desk was stickey, entryway was very dirty, outside litter and very dirty.

I would not recommend this place. We were only there one night, but all the drawers were broken in our room, the tub had rust stains and hair in it. The hallways smelled disgusting. I know it is t a high end hotel, but for what I paid, I expected it to be clean and not smell.

stayable but poor expectation the room was non smoking, but there were ashes below the sink, which led me to see that my room had not been cleaned very well. There was damage to carpet, chairs, counters and cigarette burns in bathroom. trash was left in drawer. and had a hole in the duvet cover for bed. Not at all what you expect for the price and claim of a 10 point inspection of cleanliness. also the so called continental breakfast was a joke! i did inform the front desk.
