Horrible This place is gross. My room smelled of stale aerosols that had been sprayed in the air conditioning unit. There was no way to get around the stench. I am still having sinus issues two days later. The sheets were dirty and had hair all over them as did the towels. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

For Extended stay, no dishes or kitchen items were in the room. The room had an odor and the linens are old wore holey and not changed on the pull-out. Kitchenette cabinets looked like they had not been wiped down in months.

Disappointing but worked The staff was rude upon checking in. Glared at other guests when they walked by while still checking me in. The place is outdated. My room didn't have a shower curtain so I had to call ask for one. The room was not the cleanest. You could tell they cleaned but not to the extent they should of in my opinion. The bed was comfortable. There was only luke warm water for shower and in the sink. It is very disappointing especially for the area.

It was dirty the room had clothes and hair everywhere. The dresser drawers were broken the bed wasn’t even made. I wouldn’t stay here

Not clean, ants all over Hotel is dirty. Tons of ants all over the night stand area and probably other places too. Hair and dirty in drawers. Stains on bed sheets. The hotel public areas smells a little like smoke but just terrible smell. Would not recommend.

It looked nice outside. I usually stay at extended stays quite often. But this one in overland park. Was horrible. We had to wait 2hrs for our room when we got there. Then when we finally got to our room. It was super dirty. The let out couch had trash and pee stains the floor was dirty. Also they had a tone of ants. When we told management they refused to come look. Would not recommend.

Dirty There was a sign saying the rooms are cleaned and sanitized. Not true. Bathroom sink had hair wrapped around bottom of handle, there was a hole in the bedspread, there was plastic soda can holder and salad dressing packet tin refrigerator, window track was layers of dirt and debris.
We booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed. We walked in to find it had been smoked in so badly that it smelled like a bowling alley. Our king size bed had one blanket with a stain on it and two pillows. The light bulbs were almost all burnt out and it was clear this room had not been stayed in for several weeks. Dust everywhere and the stair door right outside our room was constantly being slammed from 5 am on.
