I will never stay here again!!! I received towels from the front desk that were not properly cleaned they had brown stains on them that look like BM. The chairs in the room had stains in them that look like body fluids and there was several bad smells (all at once)the whole weekend we were there including a urine smell.

Never again! Absolutely Awful! This is the worst Extended Stay America I've ever stayed at. They building had a funny smell mixed with a stale smell. By the last day they hallways smelled like straight urine. Rooms weren't comfortable. I will never return to this location.

Very disappointed! Room was not clean and in poor condition. Also very noisy. And the 'breakfast' was not really one ... just coffee and some cereal bars near the front desk without any place to sit. Considering the cost, we've been very disappointed.

My reservation was not valid and this hotel was quite rude. Pretty much dismissed me as I gave them my confirmation number and said it was my problem not theirs to worry about.

Smoky room! Got there late on Friday. The girl at the front desk was nice. She made a point to make me initial the "Do not smoke in your room" fine print to the room agreement. It was after midnight and when I walked up to the door to get into the Hotel, it was propped open. I did not want that, so I took the wood chip away from the door. When I opened the door to my room, it was so smoky that I could barely breathe. Disappointed This was not good. The room smelled like Indian food, the room felt dirty and was old and worn. No water pressure Soap only. seems like they are cutting corners. Wont stay there again.

There was a baby mouse in my room, when I called the front office they apologized but said there was nothing that they could do so I checked out and left.
