EH all cant be good. This was aN awful experience. The hotel is under construction. my whole stay I did not have a room key because the door wouldn't accept any. Each time I left I had to go to the front desk and wait till someone was available to let me in. They tried to move me and the new room had the same issue. I think it would be a good idea for Hotels.com to possible check With the hotel and check out the status ie. renovation new management, etc because i wouldn't not have stayed if this was known.

gave our room away!!!! After calling to notify the hotel of our late arrival, and the hotel confirming we had a room, when we arrived, they had given our room away. We spent the next 2 hours driving around Kansas City looking for a hotel.

Not enough parking. They defrosted the refrigerator and there was water all over the floor when we checked in. They never sent anyone to clean up.

Room wasn't cleaned. Room wasn't cleaned with hair all over the bathroom. Trash wasn't taken out. Motel 8 are usually descent but this one wasn't taken care of.

No one at front desk or close by when I had a question. No help for new front desk person when checking in which delayed our process by 15 minutes. No ice machine on property expecting guests to use ice cube trays in the freezer. Also none of the supplies were in the kitchen except for the empty ice cube trays.

Keep driving!!! Horrible! "Non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. Room was dirty, no towels or toiletries. Advertised as a studio with kitchen but not a single cup, dish, utensil in site. Severely understaffed, slow. Won't ever stay there again!!!

I wouldn't extend my stay if someone payed me I made my reservation through Hotels.com. I received my email confirmation, assuring me my room had been payed for and was guaranteed. When I arrived to the hotel, they informed me that they actually had no vacancy. How could Hotels.com let me book a reservation, then? I got on the phone with a Hotels.com representative. Poor wi-fi, is a NON-SMOKING property, lobby closed in early morning hours when wanting to check out, no cups in rooms. This is a location for people who are staying for extended periods ONLY! Not lodging for overnight travelers.
