Not again Bed had been made without changing the sheets which were covered with hair. Staff was very apologetic and gave me fresh sheets to use. Woke up to fighting in the parking lot. Not a good experience

Worst experience ever It was horrible there was no stay i reserved a room and they over booked me it happen o be a busy night in the city so i ended up having to stay a hour away from the city no one appologized or gave a explanation they left a sign on the door this was the saddest most disgusting customer servicer ever!!

Reasonable Rates Was looking for and thought I was booking a usual extended stay room with a kitchenette. The room came with no pots, pans or other items to cook or eat. I had to request pillow cases for the three pillows on the bed and a trash can for the room. Not a big deal. The issue I had is why do they called it an extended stay if your not going to get a room with normal extended stay items.

Cost to much for dirty cheap hole in the wall room Room dirty..ac would not work. Mold in bathroom...window would not open...No handicap access for 2nd floor...Told them my wife used a cane.. Lady at front desk did not care...Do not stay...

Staff Steals! Can't trust the staff. My laptop, phone charger, and perfume was stolen. I was basically told there's nothing they can do. I had to file a police report.
